It was a white Morey St Denis in 1994 from Ponsot vinyard,the old grapes gave to this wine enough body in oaky way,so it means that the age and the "sweet side " of the chardonnay gave wine with old apples skin flavor, the bread lightly cooked, with in mouth a wonderful freshness, a light sweet mood and a good final. |

Torremilanos Crianza 2003. I have tasted this very cheap (price only!) wine in a restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain and was very surprised by the quality and purity of fruit! It was like eating a whole bunch of very ripe and sweet balckberries with a sweet touch of vanilla. Not very complex though. Sweet and soft tannin, medium acidity. Very good balance. Exceptional lenght for the price. I counted nealry 8 or 10 seconds! |
